After Dinner Speakeasy.

I think this is made of awesome. I mean, I haven't really been into anime lately at all, due to something called KPop. (BIG BANG !) But I decided to give Toradora! a try today, even though I thought it would be moefest. (Turned out it wasn't.) Actually, the only reason I picked it up at first was because it was reminicent of Kare Kano, from what I've heard. And I loved Kare Kano. And even though it's more on the shounen-side, and although I practically live on shoujo sometimes, this is jsut insanely cute. I guess maybe I'm just a sucker for romance. I like romance. It's just a genre I'm attracted to, and I think I no longer care if it's aimed for guys or girls. I'm just a romantic at heart. (Okay, that's enough of the R word, ha-ha.)

Anyhoo, I feel sort of like an outcast for not using Wordpress, like everyone else is. (Well, at least Susu and Jess are.) But I refuse to use Wordpress if i can't make a beautiful layout! And even though my home here (at least for now) looks a little more ghetto than Wordpress, i guess it's okay for now... I think.

2009 Spring Break Homework List
AP Global : 102 terms / 30 question assignment thing. Yeah, because I didn’t plan on having a life this break.
Chemistry: 5 Page Report on the Chemistry of Nylon.
Geometry: Some math packet thing.
English: The Joy Luck Club thesis essay, plus 30 chapters of Pride and Prejudice Thanks.
Spanish: Some random textbook stuff.

Thing is, i’ve gotten about 30% of this done, overall. I’ve started the AP assignment, but that’s meant to be taken in like doses, and the Chemistry paper is getting there. I haven’t even touched Geometry or Spanish yet, but those don’t require much labor input, actually. And English, I don’t even want to talk about English.

Anyway, this is my new blog, sha la la la ~ I just finished the layout, which still has some kinks here and there, and totally not enough customization to my liking, which will be fixed later. I'm hungry and dinner is about to start, so, yeah, food > computer any day. (Okay, maybe only sometimes.)

I remember sitting in 4th period Weiss for college writing, and ow i had to write in a stupid journal. I remember every other entry, I would write about wanting a blog. Well, I finally got around to actually getting one, but let's see how much I post. Summer, for sure, I'll probably be writing in this thing, but once spring break ends? Meh, who knows. Finals are just around the corner somewhere, and this year means the Chemistry Regents, the Geometry Regents, the Global History Regents, Global History SAT II, and last but not least, the dreaded World History AP Exam. Fun.
